To support Sitel’s ongoing recruitment needs, we ran a fully funded pre-employment training programme to recruit 50 Inbound Customer Service Advisors at their site on the Quorum Business Park. The course focussed on elements of Customer Service, Complaint Handling, Interview Technique and CV Writing.
Graham Wylie, attended the programme having been unemployed for more than 6 years. He’d completed some voluntary fundraising for a local charity and had customer service experience from over 10 years ago, but lacked the confidence necessary to perform well in interview.
Following the training programme, the change in Graham was significant and when we ran mock interviews Graham was a standout performer. He was confident and articulate and able to communicate his experience and willingness to learn in a very positive light.
He was offered a role and started with Sitel at the beginning of May and continues to thrive there following 3-month sustainment. Graham did incredibly well and we’re proud of the help we managed to give him that ultimately lead to him securing a great new job and financial independence.
