Conflict Management - Bullying and Harassment

This two-day programme looks at the latest research and extend of bullying and harassment in the workplace. Interactive sessions will enable participants to recognise conflict, bullying and harassment and the impact it can have on individuals and the business. 

Minimum participants, 10, maximum 15

To get the maximum benefit from the programme all attendees will be required to complete some pre-course work and an assessment. This will give learners a greater understanding of equality and diversity in society in the context of the main workshop theme. Successful completion of the assessment and workshop will give learners the NCFE Level 2 Award in Equality and Diversity.

What you'll learn / gain skills in

The programme will equip learners to understand rights and responsibilities in the workplace and challenge and report inappropriate behaviours whilst complying with company policies and procedures and statutory requirements for dealing with grievance and disciplinary cases. The programme will focus on the benefits of mediation by HR or Employee representatives and practical ideas to encourage a supportive workplace environment. Through case studies and role play participants will gain practical experience of challenging in appropriate behaviours to raise confidence in dealing with a range of complex issues.

Level 2 Award in Equality and Diversity.
