Overview

The Level 2 Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques is a knowledge and competency based NVQ which provides learners with the skills and knowledge needed to contribute and apply measurable improvements within their place of work.

 

What you'll learn / gain skills in

A mixture of formal training in topics including, continuous improvement, waste identification and standard operations are taught and discussed with opportunities to put the theory into practice by applying the tools and techniques in the learners place of work against company measures including quality, cost and delivery. 

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. However, all students will complete a short initial assessment on literacy & numeracy. Students must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:

  • Employment status
  • DOB
  • Residency
  • National Insurance number

Additionally, to be eligible for this course you must:

Live in OR work in OR be seeking to grow your business within the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear or County Durham areas.

You must be employed to be eligible for this course.
