This one day course is aimed at users who wish to progress onto intermediate skills in Excel. The training day will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to use Excel at an intermediate level to create, edit, format, print and manipulate spreadsheets.
You will work through a series of on-line exercises and will work at your own pace and be able to take away a learning guide to refer to once the training day is over. A trainer is on hand at all times throughout the day to provide one-to-one information, advice and support.
It contains exercises covering the following topics:
- Worksheet views
- Custom views
- Data series
- Multiple windows
- Filter lists
- Pivot tables
What you'll learn / gain skills in
The training day will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to use Excel at an intermediate level to create, edit, format, print and manipulate spreadsheets.
No formal requirements but you should be experienced in basic Excel skills.
All delegates will complete a short initial assessment for literacy and numeracy. Delegates must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:
- Employment status
- National Insurance number
The course can be attended by both the employed and unemployed.
