Overview

The Introduction to Quality Control & Quality Assurance - non regulated is a 1 day workshop that includes the fundamental aspects of data gathering and analysis within a Quality related discipline. 

What you'll learn / gain skills in

Students will have a greater understanding of the advantages of using formal measurement tools including:

  • Overview of Six Sigma
  • 7 Quality tools
  • Process Capability
  • Failure Mode & Effect Analysis
  • Measurement System Analysis

 

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. However, all students will complete a short initial assessment on literacy & numeracy. Students must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:

  • Employment status
  • DOB
  • Residency
  • National Insurance number

Additionally, to be eligible for this course you must:

Live in OR work in OR be seeking to grow your business within the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear or County Durham areas.

Learners would also benefit from recent or current quality control/assurance responsibilities within their job role.

You must be employed to be eligible for this course.
