Overview
Leading Improvement Teams is a 2 day course that incorporates the Lean fundamentals of implementing improvement within your place of work.
Topics taught include:
- Leading Teams
- Continuous Improvement
- Standard Operations
- Problem Solving
- Flow Process Analysis
Learners will understand what the lean tools and techniques are and how to implement them from a leadership perspective.
What you'll learn / gain skills in
Learners will have the knowledge and skills to lead, promote, encourage and implement sustainable improvement.
Entry Requirements
No formal entry requirements. However, all students will complete a short initial assessment on literacy & numeracy. Students must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:
- Employment status
- DOB
- Residency
- National Insurance number
Additionally, to be eligible for this course you must:
Live in OR work in OR be seeking to grow your business within the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear or County Durham areas.
You must be employed to be eligible for this course.
