Overview

This course is designed to enable individuals to develop and demonstrate a broad range of administrative skills and knowledge and achieve accredited units at Level 3 in recognition of their competence as an Administrator. 

This course will give you the skills and knowledge required to enter the employment market in an administrative role as well as giving you a solid platform to enter into supervisor roles within the industry or other related sectors.

The course will be achieved using a variety of methods including: Coursework, Practical Demonstration/Assignment and Portfolio of Evidence collected from your workplace. Most of the learning will take place in the workplace with the support of a subject specialist tutor.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for the qualification but you will be expected to produce written coursework and should have good communication skills, both oral and written.

You will need to demonstrate competence in practical skills and therefore need to be in employment or on a work placement within a relevant field.

All learners will complete a short initial assessment on literacy & numeracy. Learners must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:

Employment status

DOB

Residency

National Insurance number

 

The course can be attended by both the employed and unemployed.
