Pathway to Advice and Guidance

This course is ideal for professionals who work directly with clients, disseminating information, advice and some level of guidance. Advisers involved in casework, action planning with clients and referrals to other agencies will develop effective practice in this area and will have the opportunity to reflect on their own practice and incorporate new ideas.
Learners may also some have managerial or training responsibilities and could be creating information, advice and guidance publications. Learners also show that they have dynamic relationships with other organisations.
Learners must have achieved literacy and numeracy at Level 3, and must have opportunity to gain evidence for the qualification in the workplace.
All learners will complete a short initial assessment on literacy & numeracy. Students must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:
- Employment status
- National Insurance number
